We would always recommend checking out our video tutorials which show you exactly how to use the platform. This is usually a lot more helpful than a phone call, as you can watch the videos as many times as you need.

Lastly, for more significant chunks of work, you can offload all of your website maintenance to us as part of one of our paid support plans.
